Kirsh Manufacturing Terms and Conditions
Testing: Suppliers are required to test, inspect and verification ( including production process verification. This can include test specimens for inspection/verification
Certificates, MTR's, C of C and Record Retention: Kirsh Manufacturing requires the certifications, Material Test Reports or Certificate of Conformance for all products received into our facility. The Supplier must also ensure that all quality requirements flow down to all sub-tiers.
Supplier shall maintain quality records which provide evidence that processes, materials or hardware meet requirements or conformity to the requirement of the purchase order. Supplier shall retain Quality records for a period not less than seven years from the completion of purchase order. Suppliers must flow down this to sub tier suppliers.
Performance, Delivery and changes: Delivery of products is very important to Kirsh Manufacturing. If suppliers accept purchase order and cannot meet date wanted, supplier must contact KMI with new shipment date. Supplier must notify the organization of any nonconforming processes, materials or services as well as any changes to processes, products or services.
Packing: Suppliers shall ensure packaging allows for damage-free delivery.
Right of access: This will be granted to Kirsh Manufacturing, Inc, customers, company personnel, and any government representatives to any location where work is being performed (including sub-tier supplier locations) under this purchase order.
Counterfeit parts/hardware: Supplier warrants that the goods delivered pursuant to this Purchase Order shall be and only contain materials obtained directly from the Original Component Manufacturer (OCM).
Kirsh Manufacturing requires that external providers are aware of:
1.) Their contribution to product or service conformity.
2.) Their contribution to product safety.
3.) The importance of ethical behavior
DPAS Rated Orders: DPAS rated orders are flowed down to our suppliers from our customers and are to be followed accordingly. If purchase order includes a DPAS rating of DX or DO followed by program identification (e.g., DO-A1, DX-A2, DO-N1), then the following statement is applicable: This is a rated order certified for national defense use and you are required to follow all the provisions of the Defense Priorities and Allocations System regulation (15 CFR part 700).
